Since then, PatchRx's mission has evolved and expanded more than we could have ever expected. With personal instances of non-adherence affecting both founders, it became their dedicated mission to help patients get the most from their medications. And that’s what PatchRx is designed to do.
PatchRx is improving prescription adherence and helping our users remember to take their medication through data-driven technology. The service, which includes the first universal smart pill bottle cap, helps patients take medications on-time, rewards patients for good adherence, and streamlines adherence insights back to care providers to help them make more informed decisions when prescribing medication.
We understand the burden that falls on the individual when it comes to prescription medication, and we're here to provide 360-degree support. Our goal is to reduce the fallout from human error in modern medication through a user-friendly and widely accessible technology that makes healthy habits easier to form.
We sincerely believe that our team is taking part of a historic shift in the way we take medication, manage medication behavior, and build healthier communities around the world. We’re happy you’re here and we hope we can make a positive difference in your health.
We’re mission-driven founders who’ve personally dealt with the issues of non-adherence first hand. Through family passings due to non-adherence and managing cancer treatment regimens, we understand how difficult it is to remember to take medication.
And we’ve set ourselves on a mission to fundamentally change that.
We’ve surrounded ourselves with some of the brightest minds in healthcare, VC, and business. Our team is comprised of engineers, ex-founders, and minds from Nasa, Facebook, Enterprise healthcare, SpaceX, and Fintech. We’re a diverse group with a wide span of backgrounds and expertise.
Of our formal advisors, 50% are operating physicians: we’re a service not only for health professionals, but by them too.
