How do I set up my devices?

Follow the instructions here. If you have any issues or questions, don't hesitate to contact your nurse.

How and when should I return my Gateway?

If you and your provider have parted ways for any reason, and you still have your PatchRx Gateway device, we kindly ask that you return it. Click the button to the right and we will take down your address to send you a box with a pre-paid return label.

What if I need to leave town or travel?

Your medications and PatchCaps can travel with you! You can leave the Gateway at home, and our system will sync up again when you return home. If you expect to be away from home for more than a week, we recommend giving your PatchRx nurse a heads-up.

What if I take medication during the day outside of my home?

You can leave your Gateway at home and just bring your medication with the attached PatchCap to wherever you're headed. Our system will sync up again when you return home.

Do I need to bring the Gateway with me everywhere I go?

No, there's no need to bring the Gateway with you anywhere. Plug it in at home in a location near where you store your medications, and leave it there.
